Head Feint

动作要领

头部假动作是一种极为隐蔽的上半身欺骗。通过低头、抬头或转头看向一侧，让防守者误以为你要向该方向传球、突破或射门；在对手重心偏移的瞬间，利用余光观察并快速改变球的去向。它常与肩部下沉、跨步等假动作配合使用，目的是用最小动作幅度制造最大误判。

• Drop or turn the head toward the fake direction
• Coordinate the head movement with the shoulder and eye-line
• Keep the ball close and under control
• Change pace immediately after the head fake
• Use the head fake to disguise the actual pass or shot
